OVERVIEW
Myrosa is a beauty and wellness brand offering natural skincare products tailored to different skin types. The goal was to design a brand identity and e-commerce platform that reflects the purity and luxury of their products, while creating a calming and inviting experience for potential customers.
Problem
Luminara Beauty faced challenges in reaching its target audience of skincare enthusiasts who prioritize both luxury and sustainability. Their existing website was not reflecting the premium quality of their products, and the user experience felt disconnected from their brand’s ethos. Potential customers were struggling to navigate through the site, find the right products for their needs, and understand the brand's values of natural, eco-conscious beauty. The primary challenge was to create a digital experience that would elevate the brand’s perception, emphasize the purity of their ingredients, and offer a smooth, intuitive shopping experience.
Process
We started by researching the beauty and wellness industry to identify trends and user behaviors, alongside competitor analysis to understand how Myrosa could stand out. This led to the creation of mood boards and a refined brand vision focused on purity, luxury, and sustainability, ensuring that the design reflected these core values at every touchpoint. Our design process began with wireframes to map out the user journey, focusing on simplifying navigation and making product discovery effortless. The color palette, inspired by earthy tones and gentle greens, was selected to evoke a sense of tranquility and natural beauty, while sleek typography emphasized the luxurious aspect of the brand. For the e-commerce functionality, we ensured a streamlined product selection process, with advanced filters to guide customers toward the products most suited for their skin type and needs. We also integrated detailed product descriptions, ingredients lists, and sustainability information to build trust with the audience. Prototypes were tested with real users, allowing us to refine the design for both desktop and mobile experiences, ensuring responsive, smooth, and intuitive navigation. The final result was a website that not only conveyed the essence of Myrosa's luxurious and sustainable products but also provided a seamless, pleasant shopping journey.

A key feature of the site is the intuitive product discovery process. We implemented a smart filtering system that allows users to easily sort products by skin type, concern, and ingredients. Detailed product pages provide in-depth information about each item’s benefits, sourcing, and sustainability, which fosters trust and educates the consumer.
